In the event an allegation is made against you, please submit all correspondence to Endsleigh, unanswered, within 24 hours.

 

MAKE A CLAIM
  1. Obtain and complete all relevant sections of the Personal Injury Claim Form.
  2. Send your completed form to Endsleigh Insurances (Brokers) Limited within 90 days from the date of injury (earlier is preferable). Endsleigh Insurances (Brokers) Limited address for completed claim forms is:
