This is a LIABILITY POLICY providing the following cover:
Public giving protection against your legal liability for damages and legal costs arising from accidental injury to members of the public, or accidental damage to their property occurring during the period of insurance;
Products liability giving protection against your legal liability for damages and legal costs arising from accidental injury or accidental damage to property resulting from products made or supplied by you occurring during, the period of insurance;
Professional indemnity giving protection against claims first made against you and notified to us during the period of insurance alleging your legal liability for damages and legal costs arising from breach of professional duty caused by any negligent act, error or omission by a “qualified person”- see policy definitions;
Employers' liability giving protection against your legal liability for damages and legal costs arising from injury to any person employed by you in the course of their employment in your business occurring during, the period of insurance; for sports clubs and associations.
Personal accident insurance is a benefit policy where a cash benefit is paid following death or bodily injury to an insured person. Its main purpose is to assist with any financial difficulties encountered due solely to the injury suffered.
Personal Accident Cover is operative when travelling to and from training or games. It provides cover for all referees, officials and players.
This cover is suitable for Leagues, Associations, Clubs and their registered members of British Crown Green Bowling Association, who have paid membership fees and been declared to Underwriters.
This is a DIRECTORS' & OFFICERS' LIABILITY and COMPANY REIMBURSEMENT policy for sports clubs and associations providing the following cover:
Directors' & Officers' Liability giving protection against legal liability by paying on your behalf any loss for which the Directors and/or Officers are personally liable but for which they cannot legally be indemnified by their Company;
Company Reimbursement giving protection by paying on behalf of the Company any loss which it is legally permitted to make; arising out of any claim for any wrongful act committed or alleged to have been committed by any Directors and/or Officers in their capacity as a Director and/or Officer; and first made against them jointly or severally during the period of insurance and notified to Us during the indemnity period.
